Dear Jenny,

I want to encourage you today in what you’re doing. I teach musical theater, private voice, stage deportment as a career. But, even in my field, nothing asks for more polish than pageantry. It’s a place where girls have to care about their posture, about saying, “um/yeah,” about gliding in a gown, about shaping their views on politics and religion where they can be truthful but not alienate everyone within a two-mile radius! It knocks off the rough edges and helps these girls become their best selves – if they work hard enough.
Keep on keepin’ on – regardless of the general population view of pageantry, it is a GREAT thing that is unique – nothing else can do what pageantry does.
So, drive on – we appreciate you!

I am thankful that I was able to compete in, win, and now help such an amazing organization! I love ANTSO- everything it stands for, the opportunities and experiences I have had, and especially all the people involved =]. I could not imagine my life without all of you and ANTSO.

Hello to all of you at the national office:
My name is Leslie and I was the 1994 Miss NH National Teenager state queen. I am currently an RN, happily married with two children. I still volunteer because National Teenager taught me at a young age how vital it is to give. I remember nationals like it was yesterday. The best week of my life and year of my life. I will never forget that amazing experience. My fellow 1994 Miss NH Jr. National Teenager and I are still great friends. She was in my wedding and vice versa. We are actually having a ladies weekend in November of this year to catch up, spa and shop! Thought you would love to know that the friendships born in this pageant can last a long time - almost 20 years for us! And we both actually keep in touch with other state titleholders from that year at nationals. God Bless to all in the national office for keeping this experience alive and well for all.

Dear Jenny,
Thank you for letting me be apart of ANTSO.
I grew so much by participating in your program. I just went and auditioned for Oklahoma City University’s dance department. The scholarship to OCU definitely helps! I miss you! And thanks for all ANTSO has done for me!

Miss Jenny,

I had a blast this weekend on our National Queens Trip. We have all become so close with each other, which is going to make saying goodbye even harder! Thankfully we have become a real family that will forever stick together and we have a few more months before nationals. This program has taught me things about myself I never knew! Without this program, I would have never become who I am today. This is where my pageant journey has began and hopefully I will see you much more throughout the years! Your program has played such a big role in shaping me into the young woman I am today, and the scholarships are the cherry on the top!

Thank you for this amazing year! Last year’s pageant, NYC, bonding with 6 other amazing girls and everything else during my reign have been some of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Much love to you and ANTSO!

ANTSO and Jenny,

This is Donna Humphries (Holly Humphries mom, Miss Arkansas National Teenager 2004). She was talent winner and the national pageant with her comical monologue – a big win for her! Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for being a positive role model for hundreds of girls each year and providing them the opportunity to compete in ANTSO. The pageant made a difference in Holly’s life. First of all, she chose to attend Vanderbilt University in 2006 after graduating from high school. Touring Vanderbilt Hospital when she was at the national pageant, where ANTSO donates the gift bags every year, made a huge impression on her. In fact, after graduating from Vanderbilt she attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medicinal Sciences and today is Dr. Holly Humphries Sherrill. I just wanted to say hello and thank you again. You set the course for my daughter’s life!

Dear Jenny,

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making ANTSO Nationals 2016 an incredible week. The contestants I met that week – especially the Miss girls – are some of the most driven and kind-hearted young women I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you for much for bringing us together through this organization and for your ingenuity in creating such an uplifting environment for young women. I sincerely hope and pray I am able to return to ANTSO in the future.

Jenny and ANTSO,

Thank you doesn't begin to explain how grateful I am for everything you did for me this year. You are such a wonderful director Jenny, but more than that you are an incredible role model. I don’t know exactly where I would be today if you wouldn’t have encouraged me! If I had never done ANTSO, I would not be the strong, confident woman I am, I would have never met some of the greatest people in my life, and I wouldn’t have experienced a year that will be so hard to let go of! You have been my anchor this year and I know you are an anchor to so many girls. Thank you for opening your home to us – thank you for an amazing system – thank you for all the little things we so often forget - and of course, thank you for the most incredible and unforgettable year ever. I love you like crazy and you forever have a special place in my heart!
Love,

ANTSO National Sweetheart 2015
Good morning Jenny,

I wanted to just take this brief moment and thank you for the gracious and wonderful offer of the New York title to Ma’Sonia. To say that she was just thrilled absolutely do no justice and how she truly feels. Soni missed competing in ANTSO when she took the year off to get acclimated with being in high school/attending a boarding school and it shows how determined and how hard she worked. I am truly proud of you but most importantly it feels so good to be back at home with the ANTSO family. The past couple of years were extremely difficult especially with being out of work, but I had a wonderful feeling that something good was going to happen this year and it did. First with me becoming employed again, then with her success at Candy’s pageant, and in a few short weeks I will be the proud mom of a Rutgers Graduate. And finally I will also be finally attending back to school to complete my degree now that my family has pretty much grew up on me. God has given me such a tremendous blessing indeed.
We are so excited about attending Nationals and look forward to seeing you again and should I also mention that Ma’Sonia has already started making some plans to get some projects going at school utilizing her title and has planned on another toy drive to give for the children at the Children’s Aid Society for their Christmas party (she said that was one trip she really missed).
I always knew her competing in the ANTSO system has been by far the SMARTEST investment I have made because this system has helped her develop even further into the beautiful young woman she is turning into. My baby has grown up on me.
So again I say thank you for a wonderful job of providing an avenue where young women can strive and feel good about the things that they do, you and Candy are my hero’s indeed!

I just want to say thank you for providing my daughter with such a great opportunity. Never in a million years would Monica have imagined that she would get to be a part of such an elite group of young ladies. No matter what the outcome, she has served her community well and we are humbled by each wonderful opportunity that comes our way. I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you so much for an incredible Queen’s Weekend! I had so much fun spending time with you and all my sister queens. Escape Nashville was probably one of the coolest things I have ever done! I live for puzzles and figuring out clues so that was right up my alley! It was such a great team building activity which made it fun as well. Also, how many people can say they have rode a camel! Such an awesome experience!

Thank you again for all my prizes as well. I have been wearing my makeup, perfume, and hairspray and I love it! Great sponsors! Thank you for all you do for us and making us truly feel like royalty! I am very sad this year is ending so quickly but I am also excited for the week of Nationals! No worries, it won’t be the last of me! I absolutely love what this system stands for and would love to do more work with it in the future!

I hope you and your daughters are doing well. I also hope that the ANTSO queens are having as much fun as I did! I’m busy with all my junior year classes and activities. Words can’t describe how thankful I am to be a part of this organization. ATNSO has showed me that not everything is about looks. Having a motivational speaker come to ANTSO Nationals every year gives me a huge confidence boost. “Thank you” isn’t enough at all to show you how this organization has impacted my life.

My favorite quote is from Shakespeare, “To thine own self be true, and it must follow as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any
man!”
You are living a lift true to yourself – giving golden keys of success to these young women that unlock their brightest futures. You are making a huge difference in the lives of so many…special people like you make the world a brighter place.
