San Antonio, Texas – Home of The Alamo
America’s National Teenager Scholarship Organization will hold its 42nd Annual National Pageant in San Antonio, Texas. ANTSO National Sweetheart Pageant is July 19 – 23, 2012. ANTSO National Miss Pageant is July 19 – 23, 2012. America’s National Teenager, Jr. National Teenager and Preteen National Teenager is July 22 – 29, 2012. We will be at the Omni La Mansion del Rio – named by Travel and Leisure Magazine’s one of the “World’s Best Hotels” in 2011!
Nearing her 300th birthday, San Antonio traces her roots to 1691. Both Spanish missionaries and military men soon determined that a move south to the banks of the San Antonio River was a good idea. There, in 1718, the officially founded a mission that would become the Alamo and a garrisoned post that would give name to the Plaza de Armas, today Military Plaza. The Alamo, Military Plaza, the San Antonio River and the Main Plaza – previously called the Plaza de las Islas in honor of the Canary Islanders who were brought to help tame this wild frontier – is the heart of current-day San Antonio.

After our 2010 location in historic Philadelphia, PA where we celebrated our 40th anniversary – we traveled south to the sunny beaches of Florida to South Beach/Miami, FL! Our 2011 Contestants enjoyed the sun, surf, sand and celebrity appeal of one the world’s most famous locations! Even a visit at the host hotel by Justin Beiber highlighted the Nationals experience! The ANTSO girls know how to do things first class! Join us in San Antonio for an amazing nationals experience in 2012 where we will work to top the fabulous South Beach/Miami thrill!
NEW! International Division makes a debut in 2012
Miss National Teenager becomes a system of worldwide influence with its authentic International division expansion in June of 2012.
Deserving teens from all across the world will descend upon Nashville, TN for the first Miss National Teenager International Scholarship Pageant. The dates for this historic event are May 30 – June 3, 2012. More information will be posted about this event in January 2012.
